About the Project
Set within the relaxed coastal setting of Mermaid Beach, Bela brings a warm, welcoming feel to its gym and residents’ lounge. Plank Herringbone flooring in Gris adds depth and texture throughout these shared spaces, complementing the natural timber, soft furnishings and light-filled interiors with a polished, premium finish.
